Creative Career Opportunities Soaring in the 2025 Digital Era
(JAKARTA, November 09, 2025) — Representatives of the Indonesia Youth Foundation (IYF) were present at the CIFP 2025 forum in Jakarta. Pipih Nur Hasanah and Rainasyia Zafira joined the event alongside several IYF alumni. They took part in diplomatic discussions at the Conference on Indonesian Foreign Policy, Indonesia’s largest diplomacy forum.
Held at The Kasablanka Hall, CIFP 2025 carried the theme “Preparing for the Next World Order.” The event brought together diplomats, policymakers, scholars, and youth leaders. Moreover, it fostered meaningful dialogue and cross-sector collaboration. Participants explored shifting global dynamics and emerging power structures.
More than a policy forum, CIFP 2025 served as a strategic platform for youth engagement. IYF delegates gained insights into geopolitical change and international cooperation. The forum encouraged youth to contribute ideas on Indonesia’s role in global transitions.
Exploring the Future World Order at CIFP 2025

Rainasyia attended the opening ceremony and Session A1 on the future world order. The session discussed changes to the post–World War II liberal system. Speakers highlighted declining U.S. influence and China’s growing global role. They also emphasized rising calls for United Nations reform from the Global South. Notably, coalitions such as BRICS and the G20 were cited as reshaping global influence.
Meanwhile, Pipih participated in Session D3, the Diplomacy Clinic with Iran’s Ambassador, a unique, clinic-style format where students engaged in three-minute, one-on-one conversations with diplomats. She raised questions about the future of Indonesia–Iran economic relations. The Ambassador shared optimistic developments including expanding trade and smoother import–export channels, while noting a current challenge: the inability to conduct direct mobile banking transfers between the two countries. After the session, participants received exclusive merchandise and took photos with the Ambassador.
“This three-minute format is an extraordinary opportunity that only happens once a year,” Pipih reflected. “The enthusiasm from all participants was incredible.” Beyond Iran, the Diplomacy Clinic also featured ambassadors from Egypt, Germany, Sudan, and others. Outside the main venue, various countries including Singapore, the United States, and Canada—hosted interactive booths for deeper diplomatic engagement.
Pipih described CIFP 2025 as deeply enriching, especially for students of International Relations. “The conference covered so much Indonesia’s foreign policy, diplomacy with other nations, international cooperation, and more. It’s a valuable experience that will support our future careers.”
IYF’s presence at CIFP 2025 reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to empowering young Indonesians in global affairs. Through direct conversations with diplomats and exposure to complex international issues, IYF representatives demonstrated that youth are not merely observers of global change, they are emerging leaders helping shape the next world order.
